## Nhân viên gửi đơn xin làm thêm

Nhân viên Chọn **"Đăng ký"** và điền thời gian, lý do, thời gian làm ngoài giờ tới leader (quản lý) trực tiếp của mình. Muốn xem lại các đơn xin làm ngoài giờ chọn **"Lịch sử".** Nhân viên có thể thu hồi được những đơn làm thêm có trạng thái chờ duyệt, bằng cách chọn "Thu hồi đơn".

## Leader duyệt đơn OT

Sau khi nhân viên gửi đơn xin làm thêm, leader sẽ nhận được thông báo.

Ấn vào **Chưa duyệt** và danh sách đơn hiển thị để **Đồng ý** hoặc **Từ chối** đơn xin OT.

Ấn vào **Đã duyệt** để theo dõi lịch sử các đơn đã duyệt.

Lưu ý:

* Đơn của bạn: là danh sách đơn duyệt của nhân viên trực tiếp thuộc quyền quản lý cần phải duyệt
* Đơn khác: là danh sách đơn duyệt của nhân viên phía dưới nhưng không thuộc quyền quản lý trực tiếp.
